Indian Society is NOT a contract based society(Civil Society), it is a relationship based society, whose basis is Indian culture and traditions. West has destroyed its family culture and society esp America and British. A Western Civil society is a product of what is called as Social Contract Theory, which is basis on which all Constitutions are founded (including Indian constitution), in which everybody is inter-related as a co-citizens of a country and NO Other relationship is recognized. Indian Society function on Duty (Dharma) based Social architecture, where as Western Society have degenerated to Contract and Rights based system.
