Why are we Indians not disciplined? 1. Parking cars/vehicles on both sides of the road 2. Not providing pavement space to walk or occupying it illegally 3. Keeping our water-ways dirty and polluted 4. Spitting all along the roads 5. Constructing buildings without sanctions 6. Ready to pay bribe for getting anything 7. Not bothering to Elect people with criminal background Are these tendencies imbibed into our DNA?
