Why are we gaining weight? Here are a few reasons. We are eating more fast food and processed food. NEVER eat anything passed to you thru a window!!!! Sugar consumption is at a all time high-Its in everything and it is fattening. holidays-the six weeks of celebrating the average person gains 5 lbs. Do they lose it after? Usually not and we just keep gaining every year Soda Variety of food. Have you been to the supermarket? It is a wonder of processed foods. Food from factories. We move less-no explanation needed Weekends-after my last one I certainly understand how they can undo all of the weeks healthy decisions. We are sleeping less These are the things we have to consider if we really want to lose weight. Its a challenge, a big challenge to change our eating habits but the pay off is so wonderful. I have saved over $10,000 in medication since I lost 93 lbs. I have been at maintenance for 10 yrs. I assure you that is a first! I have lost 90 lbs a few times. But this time was different. I didnt expect big results because I am an indulger. Not a cheater but an indulger lol so I had to do it the hard way, .6 lbs lost a week for three very long years. I was on maintenance lite! Even the snail reaches the ark! So keep putting one foot in front of the other and move toward your healthy goals as best you can. Thats all you can do. your best! not someone Elses best. Keep up the good fight!
