Why are you allowing the torment and torture? My mortgage company do not send me letters, do not phone me, have not taken me to court since they pulled the high court case 16 months ago [15 times in front of the master of the high court]. Why: Since Pepper Asset Management took over from GE Money back in 2012, we started to hound them, two letters a week, emails, even started a Pepper facebook page. We have asked every question of them and their conduct, Nothing. So it would seem that if you take the fight to them, they don’t know what to do. My last letter was “come on lads, lets get back into the courtroom, and don’t bother with the Circuit, I will make this so public, I am looking forward to the fight again”. The only letter they did answer: “we will take you to court, when we want and to whatever court we choose”. Now that’s a threat and is filed. So come on get the fight back, start throwing the muck back at them. The Hub and Lay Litigation have the tools.
