Why did 1200 Kansas high school students sign petitions to tell - TopicsExpress

Why did 1200 Kansas high school students sign petitions to tell their school to REJECT Michelle Obamas effort to speak at their graduation ceremony? 5: Many, because as good Republicans in a state that went overwhelmingly for Romney in 2012, they naturally detest her commie politics. 4: Many, because they cant stand the expensive slop the nations schools have been force-feeding them these past few years at her request. 3: Many, because it would draw tons of Dem activists to an already tight venue, crowding out the legitimate relatives of the graduates. 2: Many, because it was designed to have a political issue (the anniversary of the Brown vs. Board of Education ruling) overwhelm the importance of their own big day, that these kids have worked for years to reach. They deserve to enjoy their own celebration. 1: Many, because, just like the rest of the free world, these kids just cant stand the pompous overspending corrupt harridan from Chicago. Period. I have no idea exactly how these reasons break down percentagewise, and Im betting it would be hard for a pollster to get an accurate reading anyway. Im just proud of the fact that 1200 kids signed a petition to Just Say No. Bravo, Topeka High Schoolers! John F. Di Leo
