Why did Fiji First MPs pull out of the Talanoa session in Lautoka?? That was the best opportunity to try and engage with the opposition and hear the publics concerns outside of parliament. Quite evident from their actions that the campaigning period is over now. Polly McGoon hit the nail on the head when he said he was sad that Fiji first wasnt there We wanted our issues to be heard because ultimately, it is not the Opposition who will make the decisions but members of the FijiFirst Government, Hopefully, they will give a reason for their last minute withdrawal. At least the opposition had the decency to explain why they walked out of parliament during the budget debates and for not showing up for Modis visit. fijitimes/story.aspx?id=293120
