Why did shri Kejariwal not see economic development and growth in Gujrat: Kejariwal did not see any economic development and growth in Gujrat. Opulence of Ambanis and Adanis is not an indicator of economic development, presumably because he noticed a big gap between rich and poor. Shri Kejariwal is a highly educated person. He is expected to choose words carefully unlike less educated persons who speak any thing to entertain their audience. Economic development and economic growth are not one and the same. Both concepts are inter-dependent. In short, economic growth is a measurement of increase in national/state income in totality. Economic development consists of every thing which are essential for the existing or increased level of production. Did shri Kejariwal not see road power lines canals and several other items of infrastructure in the state? If no, how people from other states are getting employment in farms and factories of Gujrat? Is he not aware of the per capita income in the state? He, it seems, might have seen only two extremes ie Ambanis and Adanis on one hand and some families living in miserable conditions. Can/should he hold shri modi jee responsible for existence of disparity? Is it possible to avoid it? Answer is a big NO. Technologically dictated disparity will have to be appreciated. Wage rate can not be the same for a untrained labour and IIT engineers. Can Kejariwal reduce a refinery by a few inches? Can he suggest a method of dividing a refinery between a large number of persons other than the share holders and its employees? Responsibility of a government is to provide people with all types of infrastructural facilities through public, joint and private sectors which are essential for increasing productions. Modi Government have done it better than others and precisely because of this achievements, his government is stable in power for a long period. Indian governments can not be held responsible for the miserable conditions of Bangaladeshi infiltrators. Similarly, poor Indians are responsible for their poverty to the extent of 90% Ten percent responsibility of a government can not be invoked, unless an individuals act on the 90% of his own responsibility. Poverty can multiply into poverty barring rare cases of breaking its vicious circle of poverty. Capacity of a poor person to save and invest for additional income is highly limited. Beggars are sighted despite huge allocation for social welfare department. Freedom to procreate with out any inheritable resource can not be enjoyed with out suffering from pains of poverty. Similarly, operation of cycle of prosperity can not be stopped, because it generates funds for investments and wastage on populist programmes of the fake secularists/ socialists/ communists who want power for self enjoyment via population explosion and the poverty caused anarchy in India. What is percentage of poor people who will obey the sermon for not drinking and abide by the national norm of maintaining only two children? Communism is attractive, because it can provide free lunch for some time. Its global disappearance is being engineered, because, capitalism can increase public welfare, if regulated prudently and honestly by the democratically elected political authorities and transparently recruited/ promoted executives.
