Why didnt God heal Pauls thorn in his flesh? Was it because He couldnt? I am certain that the Almighty God, the One who parted the Red Sea and delivered Jesus from the grave, would not have had any trouble removing Pauls thorn. But, just because God can do all things, doesnt mean He is obligated to. The only things restraining Gods actions are His own character and His own goodness, and His divine purpose . Extraordinary afflictions arent always the punishment of extraordinary sins, but sometimes the trial of extraordinary graces. Sanctified afflictions are spiritual promotions!
