Why do I fight for a Secular America? Because of stories like this. Gay marriage is finally becoming legal all over the country because federal judges are realizing that the only reason it has been banned in the past us for religious reasons. Since our country isnt supposed to pass laws resurrecting am establishment if religion, but instead promote fairness and equality, they MUST allow gay marriage in all 50 states. The children of these two men deserve to be seen as siblings with two parents, two dads. Isnt it time for the Supreme Court of the United States to tell states this is a human rights issue and no longer a matter of regional public opinion?!?
