Why do I look like this? I often ask this question to myself when I was a fat guy. But now my friends should have been able to look at me and think, Lol, I work out! Yes, wonderful transformation happen on me now. Losing weight has been the story of my life and I was ready to start a new chapter when I found the fat loss factor.
