Why do I prefer correcting movement patterns on the ground as a opposed to standing? (At least in the beginning when I am trying I help you reverse inefficient patterns...) ...fewer bad options for your brain to choose from. Limiting your poor movement pattern capability. Its harder for you to compensate aka CHEAT! Making faster and better progress by harnessing fundamental movement patterns as opposed to the shock and awe approach. Thats why you should correct a squat pattern last...too many variables too soon. When you play with me...we hit the ground first. And you earn your way back up. But hey, thats just me.
