Why do airline companies make it so hard for its passengers in booking themselves and buy tickets? How i wish the system was just like long years ago where you buy the tickets without asking about the weight of your luggage as long as passengers are willing to pay the cost of excess baggage. Now, buying tickets depends on how heavy your luggage are and so annoying that in other airlines if you exceed over the 10 kls allowed for said rate you have to transact 4 hrs before departure at the airport mismo to pay for the excess thru credit cards and NOT CASH!! Two hours of waiting b4 boarding time is more than enough of boredom, how much more staying for 4 hours staying at the airport waiting for your flight??? Grrrrr....we have to go through all this rigmaroles....Making things complicated instead easier. :(
