Why do some buff guys try throw body fat % around me? 1. Sorry buddy women carry more fat than men. 2. I know what 10% , 4% body fat looks like in a man or woman. You cannot tell me otherwise. 3. Men have way more testosterone. Like thousands more... So you cannot compare a woman lifting to a dude. 4. You better impress me, like lifting a small car or like Toni Perdikakis! 5. Go back to your over proteinated shake and pee it out while giving yourself kidney stones. 6. Good try buddy!
