Why do some people with rear service areas to their houses insist on locking the gate of their rear service area.? These properties are designed to have goods delivered via the rear service road to the back doors of these properties. Why buy a house with such vehicular access then not use it? Do delivery drivers walk round the front to deliver? Sometimes, depending on their mood/weight of parcel. Should they have to? NO!
