Why do we hide truth? Are we scared of someone/something? If we witnessed a crime or an accident, usually we will be sacred to share the truth. What is making us to hide those truth? Are we scared of the jurisdiction system of India? or ignorance about the system? Most of us think if we tell such truth, that will be creating harm to us. Some of us also might have got bad experience when we tried to help someone telling such truths. So usually we wont try to help someone. We wish to help them, but when think about the consequences we usually withdraw. I too agree, system is not so good. According to Transparency International judicial corruption in India is attributable to factors such as delays in the disposal of cases, shortage of judges and complex procedures, all of which are exacerbated by a preponderance of new laws. Moreover, most of us dont know about our civilian rights. That ignorance also another issue. We must know our civilian rights. Then we will be aware how to react to such incidents. If you witness an accident, then help them, be an example, others will follow you. If the truth we know can help someones life, speak it out.
