Why do you care so much about pit bulls, theyre just dogs? Because people do crap like this, way too often! Thats why! Yes he is safe and the rescuers are working with vets to decide on best plan of action for this beautiful pup. I did not have permission to name the rescuer, so I didnt. These are my words-if your dog is looking like this and you arent losing your mind trying to get it fixed, you are an absolute piece of garbage. Every day my definition of having seen it all, changes. Note to haters: he is still not aggressive.
