Why does this article bungle a few facts being generally reported elsewhere, themselves in basic agreement? This is the first time Ive ever seen 30 minutes reported when she returned to the scene. It was 1st the made-up time of 20 minutes first floated by Bishop Suttons initial cover minimize, try to spin email, which was then widely reported as fact until the truth emerged. Now the time has changed to the more accurate time stamp of her return approximately 45 to 50 minutes after the impact. Its just odd to read 30 minutes. And also , she was taken downtown and given the breathalyzer, not at the scene and so it was a good hour total before she still blew the .22 after the fatal accident. Time to tighten up the fact gathering a bit at City Paper.
