Why hello there!! I havent posted in A very long time! Dearest loved ones, It is with bittersweet expectation and the simplest of joy that we write this letter to you. As many of you know our family has been on quite the journey the last couple of years. Well, this journey has now taken some unexpected turns! First of all, our family has grown and continues to grow. Juliana is pregnant and expecting our sixth child! We are blessed in the knowledge of this new one. Were not sure how far along, but we will make sure to keep everyone posted. Our next move is perhaps a bit more surprising. As many of you may or may not know, the last few years for Turbo have been years of searching and waiting. Never knowing specifically what he was searching for, but always knowing there was something more. We believe we have found what it is he has been looking for, and we are now ready to take the necessary steps towards it. A few months back Turbo was offered a Case manager position at Reconciliation Ministries in Kansas City Missouri. rs3101.org For those who are not familiar with the ministry in Kansas City, it deals with emergency services for those who are at a struggling point in their life. It provides such things as identification for work, food pantry services, etc. It is in many ways the physical outreach of St. Mary of Egypt Orthodox Church also located in Kansas City. It is here, in the ministry that Turbo will be working as a caseworker, with the goal of helping people make transition from simply surviving to thriving, to maintaining a life of dignity and potential. And it is in the parish that we will find ourselves serving as a family. Turbo has accepted this position and therefore, our family will be moving to Kansas City by the first of the year. We recognize that this is a brief moment away but by Gods grace and mercy we are hoping to have all things in order by then. Dearest ones we ask for your prayers. We are so blessed and excited for this new chapter in our life. We love you and will be talking and God willing seeing you soon! The Qualls
