Why is Islam winning? How do they get their young people to voluntarily seek martyrdom? How are they getting so many converts? What are they doing thats building so much devotion and loyalty that the Christian Church isnt? Driving past the Holy Land Foundation again I had some thoughts on this matter. Several things immediately came to mind-Very seldom do Muslims leave Islam; Islam is engrained in their heritage from birth; it is strongly discouraged to miss any of the five prayer times a day; a large percentage of Muslims either home school or attend a private Islamic school and /or attend Islamic school on the weekends with a large focus on Islamic doctrine; and leaving Islam is punishable by death. Compare these realities to that of the Christian faith. While Muslim children are being taught the Quran from birth and are attending classes on how to be Muslim as soon as they speak, Christian children are rarely attending church regularly even just one day a week for a mere hour. While Muslim children often do not watch much TV, mainly because they are busy attending Mosque or Islamic studies throughout the day, Christian children are playing violent video games, watching less than desirable trashy reality shows, or something unrelated to God. Muslim children are very rarely allowed to marry outside of their faith. Christians often marry someone unequally yoked or an unbeliever altogether. Christians are often raised to find their faith on their own so as not to be forced into a religion, while often missing the opportunity to see the benefits of a Christ-centered life. Due to much engrained liberal forced tolerance the Christian Church often has a weak stance on training-up the child or even training-up the church, very little accountability. For Muslims, Islam is not merely a religion, it is life. For Christians, Christianity is a part-time feel good Utopia lacking in any real genuine substance. The Word continues to be watered down so as not to offend anyone who might be living life out of will with God. In Islam, you are either corrected or expelled from the community. When a Muslim leaves his home land and moves to a foreign land, his Muslim life continues just as much, if not more, than when he was in his home land. When a Christian moves to a foreign land they often lose their religion and even convert to the local one, leaving behind any hint of family heritage as far as religion goes. While Muslim children from a very young age are trained in political activism our children are caught in keeping up with the Jones and being completely blind to Americas demise. Attend any political rally and you will quickly notice a lot of silver hair and aged faces. Where are the Christian young people? They are busy being indoctrinated by the liberal socialist agenda as well as, more often now, the Islamic agenda as we are seeing with Common Core. Lastly, you will notice how important family is to the Muslim community, much like that of yesteryear. It is likely you will see several generations living under one roof or spending much time together. Relatives are largely involved with the raising of the children. Very seldom is it like that in the Christian community anymore. Again, little accountability. Our children are leaning less and less of their family heritage and faith. So, how is Islam winning? Largely, because Christianity is failing.
