Why is Udung uko LGA in Akwa ibom state this backward? Is Udung uko LGA not in Akwa ibom state? Why is it being left out in the transformation agenda of Governor Godswill Akpabio? The only road in Udung uko which is the road that leads to the council headquaters and the palace of the Ata of Oron nation His Majesty, Etim Oti Okpo is a no go area. It pains me each time i hear Gov. Godswill Akpabio saying that he has constructed roads in Oron, he shoud be specific, they have made a lot of persons outside Akwa ibom state to believe and think that Oron nation is just one LGA (ORON LGA) instead of five LGAs. Today Udung uko LGA is the Tradional Headquaters of Oron nation but I’m sorry to say this that Udung uko is the poorest & less developed LGA among what i call the Oron 5 (that is the 5 LGAs in Oron nation).
