Why is the government reluctant enough to carry out "Family planning" ? Galloping population in India, is one of the worst nuisances which has telling impact on its economic breakdown. The people ,those concede that giving birth to children is the recognition of their potency or the religious motive, is nothing but an absurd notion. The potency is displayed by the nourishment and nurturing viz feeding,education, habitable atmosphere etc and not by the breeding skeletons like pigs and dogs, whose children hardly survive and succumb to malnutrition.... Just watch the movie "BOL" (Pakistan pro.). one side gov. is assisting poor providing aids and slew of poverty eradication programs(PED), and other side these poor and illiterate society displays apathy to cooperate...........Gov. must take a stern initiative.
