Why is the minority race the majority in the many prison systems that they continue to build? If they would allow the poor black communities an opportunity then this wouldnt happen as often the system allows very few blacks to succeed either its the banks not giving small business loans, colleges only giving black kids athletic scholarships, or just the government keep laws to keep the rich rich and the poor poor. There are many reasons why some blacks are criminals. Many blacks arent educational because the schools in the black dominated areas are very pathetic the teachers are horrible. Blacks had a good opportunity in Tulsa, OK but a white sheriff bombed the city and destroyed their progress. When Blacks try to better themselves in large quantities we are always knocked back down by the white man who doesnt want us to be equal or better. Not all whites are racist, but enough are to hold us back. Yes a few blacks slip through the cracks to success but they will never let to many. This is my opinion along with some facts, hate it or love it but its still the sad truth
