Why not establish an Ellis Island facility on our southern boarder, as an entry-way to America? That is the legal way our ancestors found, as the ship they arrived on passed by the Statue of Liberty. They disembarked at Ellis Island, were housed, fed and processed. That processing allowed them to stay in our country, and work their way toward the day when they took the pledge of allegiance to the United States of America, and became legal citizens. I welcome new citizens, as did Lady Liberty. She isnt on our southern boarder, but she is their in spirit.
