Cheltenham’s Ben Hooper will be attempting to swim the Atlantic Ocean, from Senegal to Brazil, in a challenge dubbed ‘Swim the Big Blue’, in November 2015. One of the four Charities Ben is supporting is Maggie’s. Mile for Maggie’s takes place between 16th to 18th January 2015 at Leisure at Cheltenham. It’s open to all abilities, and you can enter as an individual or with friends and family in a team of up to five, with the aim to swim a mile and raising as much money as possible for Maggie’s. Entry is just £3 for an individual and £10 for a team with £30 and £150 minimum sponsorships respectively.
