Why the reservation should be blamed ??????? :- Mostly general caste fellow opposing reservation .They think that this system should be defame during Gurjar aandolan . It is agenda of upper caste so that this socialistic human system can be abolished and all 100% seats can go in their favour as it was before independence. Dear , general caste …you are wrong . What is your talent whole word knows . It is fake talent of rattu parrot’ . India became slave because of you people. All Raja /Maharajs were illiterate but you never objected . JAIPUR Maharaja Madho Singh was totally illiterate and ruled Jaipur state for 42 years but no one objected but in fact all Baniya/Brahman was of opinion that king must be illiterate and bewkoof so that he will always depend on them for their advice. You people enjoyed 100% reservation for 5000 years uninterrupted and you always compromise with foreign aggressive forces Aryans, Parthian, Irani , Saka, Huns, Gurjars, Muslims, French, Portuguese , English but never tried to uplift local poor class . You remained always ready to lick boots of foreigners , you are alone responsible for India’s slavery . Reservation is a human approach as per directive principle of Artice 45 of Constitution that State shall make efforts to uplift it’s weaker section therefore it has been included in Article 15(4) and 16(4) of Constitution by Ambedker , he was very very wise and clever , he knew that if he will keep reservation provision out of fundamental right Part III of Constitution than any time Parliament can amended it by simple or 2/3 majority . But now reservation is part of Fundamental rights therefore all the general caste fellow or Parliament can not amend in Part III , fundamental rights otherwise Supreme court would quashed it . ( Golaknath , Keshvanand Bhati Case makes it clear that Article 368 can not destroy basic the fundamental rights. ). Constitution preamble has provision of ‘Socialism’. Reservation provisions are very very safe till Constitution is into existence and even it may be 1000 years. . Ambedker , a super human have defined, Backward class means “Socially and Educationally “ backward. There is no word of ‘economic’ there than how it can be inserted there ? Poverty can not be rewarded by reservation . If some one is poor than he must work hard to remove his poverty. Reservation is not an instrument for removing poverty. A person can be poor by his own KERM or mistakes or bad habits . Who will issue the poverty certificate ? DM/SDM/ITO ????? How one can judge other’s money ? People are in habit of hiding their money . If poverty would be a base of reservation than everyone would like to be poor only. Our income tax collection will go down. No will earn any Income to retain reservation for his kids. Whole country will go in stone age if poverty would be rewarded by way of reservation. Economic is like movable shadow , it goes and comes . If a poor person all of sudden become rich by lottery, would we take is reservation back ? If a rich person all of sudden becomes poor due to gambling than would we confirm him reservation as reward of gambling ? in Constitution , Reservation is based on ‘Socially backward Caste’ basis . In Hindu , caste is by birth , never change and it is biological determination. It is unchanged but economic condition is always changed. Reservation to Socially backward class was given to restore their lost ‘self respect’ which was snatched away by upper caste culprits during centuries and centuries long back. Do not abuse reservation , it is our oxygen. Keep your marks sheet of 98% in your pocket, our 45 % mark sheet is better than your rattu practice . Time has changed now . Upper will come down , lower will go up . it is transitional phase period in India that is why few upper caste is DHUKHI.
