Why the words Ethics and Trust sound alien. Naturally ! Because we breathe mediocrity & greed day in day out. The results are there for everyone of us to see. Like self proclaimed spiritual gurus, the self anointed management gurus, specially in India, are hollow and shallow. Can anyone of you cite a book written by them which is authenticated by research ? I do not know if these management gurus have even published a researched based paper in an international journal. Will it not be surprising if we learn that same is true for the best management institutes in India ? Not only India, the world is flooded with such gurus / experts. Prophets of doom try to advise us that India / World get what it deserves. Nothing can be farther from the truth. We always deserve the best. Unfortunately most of us compromise too soon and give up and then say that country gets what it deserves. TRUTH is BEAUTIFUL. We need to find it. Jim Collins thoroughly researched based management books Great By Choice and Good To Great are eye openers and a treat to read. Are you waiting for GOD to take an AVTAAR again ? Or you see a God within you who needs to be woken up ? You become what you think of yourself. After all it is all in the mind. Believe in yourself first.
