Will be getting into Holiday mode after this one (as I see so many of you good people have done so already) barring any major national happenings concerns. ;) Enough of goddamn hatred & strife in the country these days, so going to be taking a break from the negative, myself. Those that have seen this one before, already get it and know its a statement of independence, and a salute to my forefathers with the remembrance, that once they got here, they didnt teach us to blindly follow any entity, but rather... to always think for ourselves, and to always follow our own sense of freedom and common sense, no matter where that lead, or who or what we had to leave behind. Something I (at least) never forgot. (This song was used as a battle cry to action (back in the 70s) by (Irish) American sympathizers for the Irish independence movement, back in Ireland, as a show of support. And no, I have no intention of explaining how I would know such a thing. Suffice it to say, that I do. And still pride myself as being more like the Irish who came here, who were never conditioned, by anything or anyone, making freedom always first & foremost, something that they would never surrender.
