Will begin filming a documentary today July 19th, 2014 with Ret. USN Vice Admiral David Richardson at the age of 100 years old. Veteran of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam Wars. Im so honored to been his neighbor in 2001, the Admiral has been such a mentor of life to me Ruben Chato Hinojosa Jr., and he loves talking about the The Lipan Apaches. The Admiral a Naval Aviator and graduate of the United States Naval Academy s class 1936, he is the former Commander of the Sixth Fleet and former Deputy Commander in Chief, U.S Pacific Fleet. Command of Carrier Division Five and Seven (1966-67) and also the sixth fleet (1968-70). Served as Fighter Pilot and Commander of several Squadrons as well as the USS Cimarron (AO-22) and the USS Hornet (CV-12). Served with the Fighting -Five Squadron in WWII of the original USS Hornet which was sunk by Japan. He retired in 1972.
