Will someone please tell me why all of the vision insurance company websites are down......HELLO.....They should have been prepared for end of the year spending....Cant even call them, their internal websites are down too...every single one....Thats so people who have policies that terminate on 12/31 wont be able to use their insurance because we cant get an authorization.....thats how they work...they should have been prepared for this....now all we can do is twiddle our thumbs and lose money!
