Will someone please tell me why we landed at 18E Terminal and had to walk to C terminal to retrieve our luggage? I was not that exhausted until the long walk, but really, United, what is up with that? Southwest is looking better all of the time. I will say the plane was great. 2 rows on each side and 4 in the middle. Lots of leg room and the seats were generous. And, there were free movies, music, etc. so that the time went fast!
