Will this be yet another presentation by Dr. Bilal Hamad or will the NGOs have an equal time to speak and present their thought on the project? Because otherwise it will be yet another pointless didactic lesson by the municipality, very far from the necessary dialogue and recognition of civil society. If you do not open the tribune to the NGOs wich have been rebelling against this project for more than a year and a half, then this seminar will be utterly uninteresting and will be reduced to a tribune in favor of the municipality. Its should NOT be a presentation, but a fair DEBATE, otherwise, this will be a dishonnest and imbalanced initiative. The NGOs and experts that have expressed their opposition to this project have the credibility and legitimacy to be considered as such, not as students needing a lesson to find out more from Dr. Hamad.
