If we one day hope to see other health issues dealt with, we should learn to get along with sufferers. I know most of my friends who trained as Shrinks in Nigeria ended up in the banking sector. The mere fact that Psychology is a field not respected in Nigeria should let you know that many of the people in sensitive positions suffer from mental health issues which goes unaddressed. And in a place where power is absolute, I am afraid mad men in Armani suits are having a field day. Can she contribute? Let her. After all, Dawkins is a human vegetable still sharing his thoughts from his secluded world. I would be afraid of a GEJ hell bent on staying in power with nothing to show than an Akunyili who is super capable and has demonstrated that to us all. In another society, she would have nothing to prove.
