William Wrigley Mansion in Pasadena, Ca. The 18,500 sq ft Italianate Revival was built between 1906-1914 by noted Pasadena architect. Lawrence Stimson and his father. It was originally built for the Stimson family but they moved elsewhere and sold the house to Willliam Wrigley, the Chewing Gum Magnate in 1914. This was the Wrigleys summer home although this was one of his 6 homes he owned. In 1958 the home was given to the city of Pasadena by the Wrigley family and was stipulated to be used as the Headquarters for the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Assoc. It is open to the public.
