Willow the chipmunk rustling dog. Yesterday we saved a chipmunk from the cats. They were unhappy with us. It escaped, but we noticed its leg was hurt. The chipmunk was unable to climb a tree. So, we caught it and put it in a small bird cage. Poor thing was scared. We gave it food and water. Willow wanted to see it. She thought it was a new play buddy. We put it in the bathroom for some quiet time. Willow pitched a fit every time someone went to the bathroom to see her. Things went well thru the night . When we got home the chipmunk had escaped. I thought it had found a hole and went outside. Willow didnt think so. She kept sniffing around until she found it in the laundry. She chased it behind the washer. I got Michael . We start trying to catch the little thing she has jumped and run to another hiding spot. Willow is still helping . She finally corners the chipmunk in the laundry again grabs it and lets go. The chipmunk runs to the corner of the tub and finds a hole to get away.
