Windsor has experienced a transformation over the past decade. This election will provide the residents of Windsor a clear choice of staying the course and BUILDING ON SUCCESS by holding the line on taxes, creating jobs and diversifying the economy, fixing our roads and sewers and building a better quality of life OR reverting to the times when City Hall struggled to meet its obligations at the expense of taxpayers. I believe we need to move forward and BUILD ON SUCCESS. For the past 8 years, as a member of City Council, I have gained the necessary experience to continue this transformation. My commitment to the taxpayer has and always will be my guiding principle. My PROVEN PLAN will continue to invest in our infrastructure, create more jobs, build a modern city in an affordable community by holding the line on taxes.
