Winnie Yang, your neighborhood watchdog, at your service. I made two calls to GP PD this week, both times at Target ( 2 different ones). 1. Monday-Suspicious man walking in between cars and asking for money. He was also looking inside all of the parked cars. I actually had to give a physical description. 2. Large crowd of young teenage boys (the crowd was growing quickly) congregating in the parking lot in the dark. They werent sitting around singing Kum-Ba-Yah, if you know what I mean. Unfortunately the Target employees didnt know what to do.
