Wisdom is...Being slow to judge others. If we want mercy, we sow mercy. If we want judgment we sow judgment. Its as simple as that. Now there comes a time when ‘stupid or abusive’ needs to be held accountable and we are to take that issue to the brother or sister first, then to the church leadership. But, we need to show people grace. If they stumble or fall we need to be there to help them up. Too often the church jumps on the bandwagon of judgment. I’m reminded of Pastor John Osteen and if a minister would fall from Grace because of some moral issue, he would be the first to visit with him- not sit in judgment. James 1:19 (KJV) Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath”.
