With America in a decline morally and spiritually, the church must choose now to seperate herself from worldliness. Not from loving and caring for people but from sounding, looking and acting like the world. You cannot serve both God and the world. You will cling to one and let go of the other. You will serve one and deny the other. You will hate one and love the other. You cannot have both. The language and flow of the modern church has migrated toward phrases and terms that the world can say amen to. Unfortunately, they are not terms that the Lord will say amen to. The question is simple really; are we trying to attract the attention of men or the gaze of God. Isaiah 66:1-3 The Ancient Path beckons to men to come and journey with Him as a fellow backpacker. On Him, for he is the path. And to Him, for he is the prize. Lets quit just having church services and projects that occupy mens time and become devoted to the Ancient path, created by the Ancient of Days to fulfill an Ancient, before the foundation of the World purpose.
