With everything that is going on it is my PERSONAL belief that at this time Shasta County needs to focus on a #NOVOTE in November against a ban on outdoor Cultivation in Shasta County. We dont need an initiative at this time. WE NEED TO EDUCATE. Education is the only way people will really change their position on Cannabis and that is the only way we are going to get more people at the polls. This year voter turnout was even lower then it was previously expected and it heavily affected issues that affect ALL OF US. Rodney Jones was not only an ideal candidate but he is a man of the people. REAL people with REAL issues. We havent been represented by those who have been elected to serve the people of Shasta County. Its time to take OUR County back. Lets start with looking at Recalls, One by one until the job is done. We have options and we need to start exploring those options. Ill be finalizing details on upcoming events including the first #CannabisCountryCup and #BESmith has his workshop June 14th @ LuLus in Redding that you wont want to miss. Times are Changing and so is Shasta, its time for all of us to get on Board. I advise other counties at this time to refrain from filing initiatives and instead look into filing a lawsuit. If you would like assistance please let me know I would be happy to help in any way i can. Time to connect the patients together and make a big statement. Dennis peron disagrees with the use of an initiative at this time. Initiatives although essential tool for the people of California also have a double edged sword. UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES are a very real issue when we are talking about peoples LIVES. Sorry but I believe the #PotFather is right. Lets stop scrambling trying to defend ourselves and be proactive and actually fight back. We CANNOT WASTE TIME, we had 4 months to write and initiative and we will have another 4 months to finish it after the November election, at this time its not my priority and i dont believe it should be Shasta Counties either. #Time2Focus #futureIsNow #DontWasteTime #UnintendedConsequences #educateYourself
