With #kaththis release in just 6 days, lets take a rough look on its weakness.. Lets start with weakness . 1. Vijays second movie with same directors usually fails (with exception to sivakasi and kavalan) . 2. Vijays double role movie fails before (ATM and Villu) . 3. Vijays villain role fails before (Priyamudan and ATM) . 4. Samantha movie in Tamil never been a success . 5. ARMs second outing with same actor doesnt give a good impression (7am arivu) . 6. ARMs double role movie fails before (7am arivu) . 7. ARM had a average year this year (Maan Karate) . 8. Protest against the movie to ban it . 9. NO PROMOTIONS (even trailer hadnt see a release yet) . 10. Movie running time is 2hr 46mins (we know thuppaki had more than this but still the running time is lengthy) . 11. With just 6 days to release, we roughly see any new stills/poster for kaththi (repeating same stills for all posters) . 12. In andhra, heavy competition with vishals poojai which is releasing in 400 screens . 13. In kerala and overseas, heavy competition with HNY starring SRK . 14. Fans and neutrals expecting a getup change in atleast ARM movie, but disappointed . 15. If the movie story is ordinary, it has to rely heavily on the screenplay alone . 16. Other than ARM and Vijay, there are no other huge names involve.. .
