With many down trees around the City. At this time, Rapid City officials are asking citizens to leave tree branches and debris on their curbs or elsewhere on their property, out of traffic, until the roads are safe for travel and drop-off sites are ready. When crews finish plowing residential areas, they will prepare yard waste sites for debris disposal. Yard waste sites are still filled with snow and are not currently ready to accept the debris. When the sites are ready to accept disposals, those locations will be released to the public.
