Paris 2015: This is a special committee (applications needed), simulating the United Nations Climate Change Conference that will be meeting in Paris next year. This committee will tackle the challenges of cutting greenhouse gas emissions and reducing the impact of global warming, with the purpose of establishing a new legally binding treaty to be implemented following the expiration of the Kyoto Protocol in 2020. The key topic on the agenda is determining how ambitious targets for cutting greenhouse gas emissions should be.
