With the denial by Dr Pravin Togadia about the statement attributed to him, i am reminded of the Uttarakhand tragedy during which Times of India tried to malign Modi. The newspaper had carried a report that Shri Modi rescued more than 10,000 Gujarati pilgrims and then escorted them out of the affected region. For three days, media had a field day questioning and ridiculing Shri Modi calling him Rambo. To his credit Shri Modi did not respond to the barbs from the media and kept his cool. Finally, four days later, the Times of India reporter who filed the false story apologized, saying that the story was not true.
