With the holidays coming up, and lots of travel for many of us, remember to utilize the technique I teach: E+ R = O, which stands for Event + Response = Outcome. In every situation, you are in control of your RESPONSE. So its 100% up to YOU to respond with a positive thought or behavior. With traffic, busy airports, long lines, etc., its easy to react quickly with a negative response. But if take just a few extra seconds and focus on re-directing your response to a more favorable one, you will undoubtedly end up with a better outcome too!
