With the shutdown (shout down) of the Government, Obama care (ACA) still went into effect. Those states that set up programs go into operation today, those states that did not will still have offices open by the Feds. The money comes from entitlements, not the General budget. So the effort of the Tea Party was for nothing. But millions of Americans are now out of work. Not just Federal employees but those whose income depend on the Parks, Museums and Monuments. Way to go Congress, screw America over health care.
