Without Fear of Favour, it is Well Observe that, a lot of the girl and some guys inclusive employed by our Public and Private TV Stations to do field Reporting and Narratives, did less in there Orative courses and thats just clear. I am not really inviting you to judge but surely, you must have heard these for your selves. Anyone especially at secondary level here in Zambia, is able to read loudly and write, but even Broken English, but is that correct. How can a journalist always be a victim of mispronunciation of the letters L for R and vice-versa and thats take is done always? Mmm? How? What kind of interviews or Orientations are done at employment stage? We have unique and special memories of Legends like charles Mando, Jack Kamuza, Maureen Nkandu and to mention but a few. Its this Precedence these true personalities left which you could be decently be referring to when employing, and not that junk you are embarrassing us with to our foreign friends even, just because someone is your relative! Awe! Ala imwe BA corrupt personnel . Muzi lemekeze , mwa mvela kaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!
