For now, effective October 17, 2014, The Access to Information Commissioner of Quebec is currently reviewing our request asking the borough of LaSalle to divulge the identities of all persons invited as V.I.P guests to LaSalle borough events since 2005. In September 2014, The borough of LaSalle including each elected official in LaSalle has refused to divulge the identities of their special V.I.P guests while insisting the borough of LaSalle does not retain records or lists of who accesses the V.I.P areas in these events.
