Woke up a year ago today, with a mouth full of blood (twice) after having already an elevated bp, protein in my urine, severe abd pain, pain on breathing deeply, and a +50 lb weight gain. Was finally admitted after my appt with dr horri that was at 1. Started Iv bp meds within 1 hr of being admitted. During the night my liver enzymes rose, and my platelets dropped to 41. Thank go a year makes a huge difference, Im back in fighting shape, get tired more easily now, and I know my liver is still healing abit (as is my body) but thankful that tomorrow we get to celebrate little mans one year, since that was almost taken away.
