Woke up this morning and the pain & stiffness moved to tthe front and top of my shoulders and couldnt lift my arms..so took meds passed back out and woke up a little while ago almost back to normal! still some left over pain & stiffness but now i can at least move and work the muscles. Cant wait to go back to work tomorrow, so sick of being home on the couch/bed this crap is for the birds! so over it!
