Woke up this morning from a dream. I dreamed that Coach Walsh put me in at linebacker in our last game of JV football in 9th grade. It was the last play, we were ahead because Hull was like the jets and coach felt sorry for me because I had never played. Jack Bowen calls for me to blitz the Qb which I did. Tackled him about 5 seconds after he released the pass. He might have actually been walking off the field because the game was over!!!! The ref gave me a hard time but my Cohasset friends were laughing and cheering so I ignored the ref and walked off the field feeling pretty good.....nice when you wake up at the age of 55 and a vivid memory is there in your mind. Thanx to my Cohasset Football peeps especially Kevin Buckley Larry Drago Bill Marsden Joe Catrambone Bill Reynolds Bill Coleman Mark St John for showing me that being the worst linebacker in history doesnt mean that i sucked as a friend!!!!!!!
